General Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as these conditions incorporate the basis on which bookings for the BJNCO RVS is accepted. The Terms and Conditions below are for bookings made directly via the hotels’ websites and payments via payment gateway systems through the Waetiya Limited. By using this Site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

We may revise these terms & conditions from time to time by updating this posting. The revised terms will take effect when they are posted. Your use of some parts or features of the Site may be governed by additional terms and conditions. Where this is the case you will be notified accordingly of those additional terms and conditions.

1- If the customer wishes to withdraw the vehicle himself, he pays a security deposit of 200 riyals and the ID card copy until the caravan and generator returns safely without accidents, tampering, damage, or misuse, or it has service fees, traffic violations, municipality, courts, etc.

2- If the customer wants the company to deliver the vehicle to him to his destination, the insurance amount will be 50 riyals, and the ID card copy until the caravan returns safely without accidents, tampering, damage, misuse, service fees, traffic violations, municipality, courts or Others, and if the amount is not enough, he will pay the difference determined by the company, and the delivery fee will be 15 riyals for each 50 kilos of return, and 15 riyals for each 50 kilos of return.

3- In the event of an accident, the customer must bring a police report, and if he is mistaken, there is a tolerance rate of 500 riyals, and if he does not attend a police report also, he pays 500 riyals until the cost of repair is determined and the rest of the amount is recovered.

4- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle, otherwise a fine of 200 riyals

5- It is forbidden to cook inside the vehicle, or a fine of 200 riyals, and cooking is outside the vehicle

6- The oven is inside the vehicle only to boil water, tea, or coffee, and it works on the electric generator

7- Animals are not allowed inside the vehicle, otherwise a fine of 200 riyals.

8- Driving the vehicle at a speed of 80 km/h

9- The vehicle is equipped with a tracking device, fire, and smoke detector.

10- It is forbidden to load a vehicle with more than 4 passengers, or to load heavy materials or machinery inside.

11- It is forbidden to stand on or play furniture, young or old

12- Causing death, injury, or theft to others or users, the driver shall bear, and he shall compensate the company for any loss resulting from that.

13- It is strictly forbidden to rent the vehicle to others, or you will pay fine OMR 200, and the lessee shall bear the consequences of what arises from that act.

14- It is prohibited to ride the vehicle while driving, and please ensure that the vehicle is installed and towed correctly

15- It is forbidden to open the outdoor umbrella in case there is a strong air current or stormy weather, or to hang something in it

16- It is prohibited to travel on non-public roads, unpaved back roads, paths and the like, or on any surface that exposes the vehicle to unreasonable damage or danger on roads or valleys or with difficult roads, in desert or sandy roads.

17- Please use solar energy (battery) sparingly, and do not leave unnecessary lights.

18- Maintaining the safety of the generator, and not operating devices other than the vehicle’s air conditioner and the internal oven.

19- The renter releases the Company from all claims for loss or damage to him, your property, or any other person, left or carried in the vehicle.

20- In the event of a malfunction during the vacation, the company must be contacted and informed immediately, and no repairs must be made without the permission of the company.

21- It is forbidden to enter covered with sand inside the vehicle and fill the sheets and the ground with sand or there will be OMR 30 to break the rule.

22- To tow the vehicle, raise the rear jacks first, then raise them with the small wheel in the front, then raise the front jacks, then lower the front wheel slowly over the trim of the four-wheel drive vehicle, and connect it to the electricity from the rear, and when stopping, the vehicle must be raised with the small wheel from the front first, then low the front jacks, then low the rear jacks.

23- After stopping the vehicle and lowering the four aids, and to make the sides of the vehicle balanced on all sides when standing, rotate the screw until the balance is achieved, and repeat the process when preparing to leave.

24- Must keep generator safe and check oil when use, and losing it will cost you OMR 500

25- While check out from Caravan, there is cleanliness fees with amount OMR 17 for Caravan cleaning, refilling freshwater, and dumping wastewater, or client can do it by himself/herself to avoid pay extra charges.

Early Check-In

The property reserves the right to charge an early departure fee in the event a guest departs earlier than the original departure date.

Early Check-Out

On request. Please contact the Front Office. Additional fees may be applied.

Cancellation Policy

Each rate booked at BJNCO RVS, is subject to a Cancellation Policy. Failure to check in on the reserved arrival date will incur a penalty charge as detailed in the Cancellation Policy of the rate booked. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations under the circumstances where it appears that a customer has provided an invalid credit card, engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity, or the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error. In addition, we also reserve the right to cancel or amend bookings if they do not adhere to our terms & conditions. If a guest chooses to shorten their stay or check out early, a penalty charge will apply, as detailed in the Cancellation Policy associated with the rate booked. In the cases of the aforementioned booking cancellations, BJNCO RVS has no obligation to guarantee new available bookings or best rates. A new booking at the best available rate will need to be made by the guest at the time of the new reservation.

As a condition of using this website, you agree to provide proof of payment to the hotel reservations department within 48 hours of the time of booking and will indicate the reservation confirmation number on the proof of payment. You will be fully responsible for any banking fees and/or costs required to complete the bank funds transaction(s). Furthermore, you acknowledge that the reservation may be canceled by the hotel if proof of payment is not submitted to the hotel within the 48-hour notice period. You will be responsible for any cancellation or no show penalties that might be incurred and hereby acknowledge that booking and personal contact information provided is correct for the hotel’s validation purposes.
